How these reviews are put together

Every review here starts from what the manufacturer and the seller actually publish: specifications, materials, warranty and return terms, and the claims made on the sales page. Those get checked against the source rather than repeated, and anything that can't be confirmed is labelled as unconfirmed instead of quietly dropped.

Where a product hasn't been used first-hand, the review says so. Prices are given as ranges, because they move with promotions and upsells. There is no score and no verdict seal — the closing section explains what a product suits and what it doesn't, and you decide from there.

Background questions that don't belong inside a review — how a system works, what a job usually costs, which rules apply — live on the blog.
